Shipping & Delivery

When purchasing item/s from us, you agree to these conditions:

SHIPPING COURIER:

We will post the item using NZ POST courier (signature required) within New Zealand.

For international orders, DHL express, FedEX or EMS will be used.

 

SHIPPING FEES:

Free shipping is included with every order within New Zealand- no minimum spend required.

For our valued international customers:

Reach out to us anytime via our Live Chat or send us a message through our Instagram or Facebook Messenger. We’re happy to provide accurate delivery quotes and timeframes based on your location.  Custom duties and taxes, if applicable, will be arranged/ paid for by you, the customer.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS:

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Parcel lockers due to the value of our items.

In case of changes to delivery address, we are not able to make any changes once the tracking number has been created. Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

 

TRACKING:

A tracking number will be provided to you and you can track the shipping of your order via the NZ Post website.

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:

Generally, we will post your order once payment has been verified and cleared. If you paid using credit card, it will take 2-3 business days for the payment to clear, NZ bank transfer is quicker with confirmation within an hour or so.

Once the payment has been cleared, you should be able to receive your order in 1-3 business days, RD address will take another day or two.

International orders will normally take weeks.
